chanuwick: Having shown her creative talents as a passionate young artist since her childhood, chanuwick gradually developed her interest to become an Artist. After obtaining her first degree in Bachelor of Design specializing in Fashion and Textile Design at University of Moratuwa -Sri Lanka, she continued her academic training in the fields of Drawing and Painting at Vibhavi Academy of Fine Arts (VAFA) – Sri Lanka. While practicing as an Artist, her passion for photography led her to work as a freelance photographer widening her scope in Art,Fashion and Textile designing. She writes poetry and works on her own collection of poemimage© during her leisure time. Having faith in therapeutic aspects of ‘Art’ utilized in mental well-being of humankind, currently she is reading for her Masters in Art Therapy at LASALLE College of the Arts – Singapore.
